Appointments

calendarAppointments can be made by calling our reception on 020 8980 1822. Alternatively you can book an appointment online via the above link.

We aim to offer appointments when you want them in comfortable surroundings with polite and friendly staff. We want all patients to get an appointment and a service to suit their lifestyle.

You can:

  • See a doctor today by attending our daily walk-in surgery. Names taken from 09:15 – 11:00
  • Book an appointment at least 2 weeks ahead if you want to
  • Get an appointment as early as 07:50 or as late as 19:00
  • Speak to the GP on the telephone (call 12:00 – 12:30)

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly. Clinics are held daily for chronic disease, sexual and women’s health, vaccinations, dressings, lifestyle and health checks.

Late Policy

We are working with patients to reduce the waiting time here in the surgery. In order for us to keep improving this, we do have a 5 minute late policy. This means that if you are more that 5 minutes late for your appointment, you will not be seen and will have to re-book.

Cancellations

Please help us to help you by always cancelling appointments when you can’t attend! To cancel call us on 020 8980 1822 or if you receive Text Message Reminders simply reply to the text with the word Cancel. We can always use the appointment for someone else.

DNAs

Due to the high number of patient's not attending appointments (DNAs) we have had to bring in a strict policy.
