If your child is aged between 1 and 5 years old and is up to date with their routine vaccinations then they should have a booster (extra) Polio vaccination.
You can have this done by

- Contacting the practice and booking an appointment with our nursing team
The Care Group will be contacting patients to invite you over the coming days. If you do not wish to have your child vaccinated please let us know so that we can add this to their record.
