If you would like a chaperone to be present for an appointment or examination, where possible, please let reception know when booking your appointment and give us as much notice as possible. This is so that we can ensure that one is available.
We appreciate it is not always possible to know in advance if you would like a chaperone and we will try to meet any requests on the day but should one not be available you may be asked to rebook.
