Data Protection and Replies
Whilst we can guarantee the security of our inbox if you send a message from a none secure email we are not liable for any security risk this poses. Unless you use a secure email such as NHSmail (nhs.net) we will not be able to reply.
Inappropriate emails received to the practice workflow account will be deleted unread. Patients who wish to contact us online should use Accurx Triage for clinical matters or the feedback email for complaints or to let us know how we are doing. It is the responsibility of the clinician, hospital etc to pass on relevant information to us and patients should not involve us or forward on to us information unless directly requested by the practice. This will use an alternative route – not the workflow email above
