Advocate/translator

If you would like a advocate to be present for an appointment please let reception know when booking your appointment and give us as much notice as possible. This is so that we can ensure that one is available.

We strongly advise that you book an advocate rather than use a friend or family member to translate for you to ensure quality and confidentiality.

The Tower Hamlets Advocacy Service has a wide range of advocates available including Sylheti, British Sign Language and many others so we encourage you to ask if you think one would be of help

If booking an appointment online you must call or come in to organise an advocate or chaperone.
