Non-NHS Services

The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services are below. Where possible we have suggested free alternatives to our paid for services that may meet your needs. Please see the relevant sections below.

Our current estimated time for completion is 4 -6 weeks from payment as we prioritise direct patient care over this private work.

If you require a Non-NHS service please send a request via Accurx Triage including as much information as possible and either hand in any relevant forms or attach them to your request. If the service you require is listed below please read the additional information before submitting your request to make sure you have included everything required which will speed up the process.

Once received your request will be reviewed and we will contact you to confirm the fee which must be paid in advance.
