The Tredegar Practice Travel Service will resume from March 2026 providing NHS-funded vaccines only. These are:
It is the traveller’s responsibility to arrange a full risk assessment for other vaccines and malaria tablets from an alternative travel health provider.
All travellers must fill in a travel risk assessment form and provide their full vaccine history prior to their appointment. Appointments should be booked in 6-8 weeks prior to travel to ensure the body has enough time to respond to the vaccines. The travel risk assessment form can be accessed via the link below.
All travellers should thoroughly check the national travel information website  (NaTHNaC) for information on their destination(s) including the need for further vaccines, malaria tablets and other risks:
